This is about the stuff that actually moves the needle: consistency, discipline, faith, and what it really takes to build something worth building. I've failed more times than I can count. I've learned to see markets and people differently than I used to. And I'm still learning, still building, still a work in progress.

I believe hard work beats talent every time. But when you pair talent with hard work, everything multiplies. I believe most people overestimate what they can do in a year and underestimate what they can do in five. I believe having potential isn't a compliment. It's a way of saying you could have and didn't.
